What an amazing experience we had on our adventure here in Costa Rica. Thank you for all your excellent suggestions regarding our day trips and places to eat. We loved them all. The house is so comfortable and the company has been lovely. We appreciate all you have done to make our stay so memorable.

"What a wonderful refuge you have created here! We all felt right at home. How nice to have this lovely place to come home to after a day's adventures. The breakfasts were fabulous, the rooms comfy (the view of the lake sublime. We enjoyed our trips to three girls loved having the cabina to themelves!),the
Monteverde and Arenal. Thank you so much for your tips and advice! And for your wonderful hospitality and great stories. We'll be back!!

"As a place to stay, Casa Mañana Bed and Breakfast is a perfect 10. I would describe it more like a mini-resort than a bed and breakfast. Our hosts, Alex and Laura, could not be more gracious and hospitable, nor more knowledgable about the surrounding Lake Arenal region. Their home and lodgings pamper you with every luxury and soothe you with tasteful, comfortable and colorful surroundings. Laura's breakfasts are beyond any we've had at fine brunch places in San Francisco!

"The central location, great climate (cooler because of the altitude) and stunning views make this the perfect base to explore Costa Rica's wonders. To be
able to see toucans right out the window and to hear howler monkeys at a distance helps you swiftly shed the city trappings you brought with you. The Club, a short walk from the house, offers a near-olympic size pool and tennis courts for the athletes in the crowd.

"We stayed in the beautiful, spacious Cabina next to the house, which allowed us the full privacy and quiet of a hotel with the warmth and conviviality of a B and B. We have stayed many places around the world and we've never found anything better than this little gem.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay while in Costa Rica. Everything from the cabina to breakfasts was WONDERFUL! We've never eaten such delicious and fresh meals. We'd also like to thank you for all the help you gas us in planning our excursions. (It was much better, easier and friendlier than going through a travel agent.) If we come back to Costa Rica, we'll be sure to come back to Casa Manana, the best bed and breakfast ANYWHERE!

"What a wonderful introduction this side of the lake! You have been a generous host, and I appreciate your introducing me to so many of the locals. I also appreciate your perspective on this place and the people here.

As for the B&B - so nice! This place has a spacious, breezy feel that makes one want to sit for a while and just soak in the marvelous lake view. I love the shower in the casita - it was so spacious and pretty that I wanted to take many showers a day. And the landscaping - what beautiful trees and flowers.

I will never forget this place or the people I met here. Thank you and I hope to be back again soon.

"What a wonderful stay it has been here at Casa Manana. We've enjoyed your grand breakfasts and great hospitality. The house is beautiful. We really like our room and all the eclectic decor. The doggies are very friendly and we like playing with them. Best of all, you've been a superb host. We appreciate all the recommendations, advice, and the rides into town. We really enjoyed our conversations about the neighborhoods and the nearby villages. Thank you for introducing us to Carlos. He was a great driver, a very nice guy. It gave us a chance to practice our Spanish.

If we're ever back in this region, we'll definitely stay here again. Our friends are going to hear about this great B&B!
