| Our neighbor, Juan Davila, long-time resident of the Chimurria area, has talked us into picturing some of the properties near us that Costa Rican friends wish to sell. While one house was built just a few years ago by an American (whose Tica widow is selling), the others are older Costa Rican homes. These homes could be used as temporary residences while new homes are built on the extensive properties. Or a home currently well situated could be torn down for a new house on the same site.
