It is about 5 miles from Tilaran to Casa Mañana. Leaving Tilaran, at about 3 miles you will see a large gas station station on your left (including El Oasis Bistro). In another 300-400 yards you will come into view of the lake just as you approach a "Y" intersection. The left fork goes to Nuevo Arenal, the Arenal Volcano, and the town of La Fortuna. Take the right fork toward the village of Tronadora. Casa Mañana is 1.4 miles from this intersection. You will head downhill through the long, single-road village of San Luis. Leaving San Luis, the road drops sharply to the right and then swerves left and flattens out as you pass a stream with a guard rail. In about 200 yards you take the first road to the right. (There's a small Casa Mañana sign there.) Go up this extremely bumpy road for about 300 yards until you come to a left turn with another Casa Mañana sign. Turn left here and then immediately right to go up the steep Casa Mañana driveway. Welcome!
